Shipping Policy
AB Caffé Services will process your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). If any problems arise while processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Our shipping and handling charges are based on method of choice, which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. We offers UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, next day air and USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Returns
Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of the purchase. Shipping fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by us in sellable condition unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
Special Orders
Products special ordered or for inventory that exceeds our normal levels are not covered by our normal Return Policy.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling us at 877-361-6841. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy if your order has already left our facilities. |
